Instant MPG not showing on 2015 Ultimate

So my Equus doesn't show my instant MPG. I tried resetting my mileage and disconnected the battery and let it sit, didn't seem to help though. It still calculates my average MPG but the little bars that show my instant MPG doesn't show for some reason. See image, despite moving, nothing shows.

So the modes I toggle through in the gas column are distance to empty, trip A and trip B. The other columns like audio, settings, etc obviously wouldn't show this. The MPG text shows only in the distance to empty section, but the MPG meter doesn't show my actual economy, just the outline of where the meter would be

So it turns out that there were several graphics missing from my dash display, including many icons, scroll bars, etc. One day they all magically came back, not sure what that issue might've been
