New to the community and am looking at a 2015 Genesis Coupe Ultimate. Are there any common issues I should be aware of?

bought mine exactly 1 year ago. It had 50,000 miles and sold for $15000. since then I have had 3 issues.
1) The power seat (driver side) just didn't work one day. Dealer replaced seat motor, under warranty.
2) the worst thing to happen....backing out of my driveway I noticed a little water trickle down the inside back passenger wall. Apparently the seel around my sunroof (something I rarely use) had to be replaced. 3 trips to 2 dealers and cost me $200my car. *I've read online this is an issue w the coupes.
3) and ffter 12/31/21 features the car has like GPS, mapping, crash detection, engine shutoff remote engine start will no longer working.

other than that I LOVE my car!!!
