  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Interesting comparison: 5 series v R series

The site doesn't know the number of gears the R-spec has? It's comparing an AWD with a rear drive? I own a 4.6 and am all for positive Genesis comparo's but this one needs to be taken with a huge grain of salt imo.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
The 550i has more torque (400 ft lbs) and is a better balanced vehicle that is pretty even in terms of interior.

The 5501 is also $70K and maintenance is outrageous.

Maybe. Carsort.com is just a "home office" company with a couple of people, who threw up a website. They don't make any money (although they claim they will get some pocket change from website referrals) and don't have any professional staff. I don't understand why people take these non-professional website reviews (and YouTube videos) seriously. It would not surprise me at all if they are teenagers.

It's not a review. It's trying to do what Metacritic or Rottentomatoes does, and aggregate data from other reviews. That explains why they they make asinine comments like noting the R-Spec has more speakers instead of commenting on which stereo sounds better, why they have no performance data, and why the BMW's price is listed as "starting from" rather than "as-tested price."

As much as I like seeing good press on the R-Spec, this doesn't even count. This isn't a comparison at all.
