Hi, I have a 2014 Genesis, and its USB and auxiliary ports in the center console are not receiving enough current. My phone will recognize there’s power for a brief moment when plugged in before it immediately quits charging. Both interior ceiling lights also have a similar issue, but only on the driver’s side. The lights are nice and bright on the passengers side, but the driver’s side is very dim and barely visible. Additionally, the TPMS has been acting up since this issue started, and I think it may be linked. I didn’t exactly want to start ripping off panels to examine the wires without a good direction to start in though.
After researching and asking around, I suspect it may be an issue with the wires grounding to the frame or maybe having a faulty connection.
Has anyone else seen this issue or have any resources to point me in the right direction? Thanks!
