I promise you that I’m very patient but I’m experiencing lies, avoidance, and a basic lack of knowledge on their product. Genesis people are not trained to sell and service cars at this price point, and significant is I’ve had the worst customer service experience ever. For the first time I had to speak with the general manager.

Hi there. Thank you for signing up. Sorry to hear about the bad customer service. Which dealership are you referring to? And is it a standalone Genesis dealership or Hyundai?
