  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I have been trying to listen to music via Bluetooth when I'm too lazy to plug my iPhone into the USB (usually on short trips), but the volume is never goes beyond "medium" (OK for soft rock ; completely inadequate for AC/DC :banghead:). I believe I have the music volume turned all the way up on my iPhone 8S (my wife checked as I have an old Windows brain), but the volume is still too limited. Am I missing something in the audio settings or am I just going to have to keep pulling out my phone and plugging it in even for short trips?
Enjoy,
Carguy55
(P.S. My apologies if this has been discussed before, but I did a search and couldn't find this question related to a G70 with the Lex system.)

Make sure when your Bluetooth is connected to raise the volume on the iPhone. Sometimes it’s not at maximum. I just use the volume buttons on the side to run it to max. I had the same issue in my company Jeep.

no clue but Bluetooth quality is pretty bad so if you were able to turn it up to AC/DC levels you would have a lot of crackling and distortion. You should try plugging it in, it becomes something as automatic as putting your seatbelt on and you get the benefit of charging your phone and having full quality audio at the same time
