I own 2010 Genisis 4.6 with full nav/teck package. The first I-touch I tried worked fine. I was able to navigate through the menu from music to artist to song, etc. When I use the other two ipods we own, navigation in menu only allows songs, not artists or albums etc. Does anyone know why this is happening or if there is a solution? Thanks in advance for your help.
 
Try updating your Ipods to the newest version through Itunes.
 
I have a iTouch with the current configs. Don't know if my cable is screwed up or not -- it takes forever to load Songs, but won't load Artists at all. I have about 16GB on the iTouch. Very frustrating -- thought this would work like a charm. When I load songs onto smaller flash drives (4GB) they seem to work OK. Memory issue?
