Ipod/iphone usb adapter

So my genesis sedan did not come with the iphone ipod usb aux adapter. Problem is im looking for one to work with the iphone 5. Anyone know where to buy these?

I was told by the dealer that my 2011 would not accept the iPhone 5 through the USB after I called looking for that part. I have a 4s at the moment (which will require Hyundai USB cable), but will be upgrading shortly. I've read here that the 5 works with the regular Apple cable however (2012+).

All I can say is try your Apple cable and if it does not work, give the dealer a shout and see if they tell you something different than what they told me....

It wont work as the iphone 5 has the smaller lightening cable and hyundai i believe only sells the older connection to the iphone

There is a deeper technical issue. The iPhone 5 only outputs digital data over the Lightning cable. Starting with 2013 the USB port on the Genesis takes digital audio. Prior to that the adapter cable beaks the analog audio (iPhone 4s or earlier) out and uses the aux jack.
