is genesis waiting for genesis specific dealerships before releasing the g70 in america?

i don't know if this is a rumor or not but i heard the g70 isn't going to be released until genesis has separate dealerships. is that true? if not, what in the name of god is taking so long for the g70 to be released here!?

No - since that would take over a year (or more) before they are built.

The delay is in starting from scratch in terms of deciding which dealerships/dealer groups get a Genesis franchise and the ones that get it will be the only ones that will be able to the sell the G70 and 2019 models.

Reportedly, will not finish going thru the decision process until the 1Q of next year, but the G70 will be hitting the lots of those dealerships which have already been awarded a Genesis store.
