I am trying to do a clean install for hardwiring my escort radar detector. I found two potential areas where i can mount my mute button.




Are those buttons easy to remove? Or i have to break them.

Looks like this person in toyota 4runner had same idea as me.

Pretty hard to reach the dash location. I have removed the center console before...not stupid easy, but not hard either. If you want it truly "hidden" you could mount it in the storage cubby in front of the console once its pulled off.
