  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Is this where the savings come in?

Genesis Model Type
Equus (2011-2016)
Hello, I own a 2014 Equus with 45,000 miles. I love , love, love my car. But now I’m wondering if I should have gotten Mercedes S class. My dash has rippled and seats are showing wear and tear. I do not change cars easily but went from Mercedes to Equus. With the wonderful ride, all the same features for way less. So is this where I pay the difference? New seats and dash? My car is kept in a garage unless in use. Anyone know about these problems. I had planned to make this my last large purchase. Have no idea how much a new dash costs.

Here is a link to the Equus Forum. Apparently the dash covering loosening is a common issue with the Equus. Good luck.
