Issues updating software

Has anyone else encountered this issue? I have a 22 G70 and when I try to hit "update" from the menu, nothing happens. The "beep" sounds, but nothing happens from there.

I downloaded the update file onto a USB to try to do it manually, but nothing happened there either. Anyone have this issue?

same thing for me and I even went with the map update via connected services. No reply. My owner page says that I have no updates for my build (4/21), so perhaps I am running the updated version from Ulsan.

Happened to me the other day. Make sure your USB stick is formatted in exFat and that all the files are in the root directory of the USB stick, not inside a folder
