It just died

I was driving yesterday, had just rolled the ODO over 1000 miles on my 2014 Genesis 3.8, driving 50-60 mph then as I was slowing down for an upcoming signal light it just felt funny.
As I stopped, the motor just died. I quickly hit the starter and it started right up and I had no more problems the rest of the day, about 45 miles more.

As we began to roll I patted her dash and said, "now be a good girl and please know that I have traded cars off for less". lol

I would search this forum to see if someone else has had this problem. It is not common. It might be an electrical problem, such as battery discharge.

Have battery connections checked. Closely check the ground wire to body connection in the trunk.

The OEM Battery in the V6 is not an AGM but a standard battery made by GLOBAL BATTERY COMPANY.....a "Rocket Battery". I just replaced mine with an Exide L5-49x from Menards $130.30 (less 11% Menards rebate and a $10 Exide manufacturer's rebate).....net cost $105.97!
