  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

There has been very little mention of the "Jukebox." I really love this feature. I currently have well over 1000 songs stored in mine and I have used only about 12% of the space available.

I usually load up a USB drive with about 150 songs and do a mass copy from USB to Jukebox while I drive. I can even listen to a song while I do the transfer.

It is neat to see the album covers displayed while the album plays.

One caution. Early on, I intended to erase one song and I erased the whole Jukebox. Fortunately, I had only a few songs stored at the time.

I believe the jukebox has a limitation on music resolution and format. With the excellent Lexicon system, it seems a shame not to play lossless music using an external device which does not limit the playback resolution.

Thats why all of my Hdtracks albums are played via bluetooth. Cant play 24bit 88khz flac files any other way.

Either you might have pressed 'select all' or it sounds like a glitch in the system firmware.
May ask the dealership for that.
I do not recall mine ever did that.

I assume it can also be plugged in via iPod connector as well as stream BT to play native resolutions.

I'm perfectly happy with music compressed at the higher settings. Partially age (81)and partially old jet noise damage, but I frankly can not hear a significant difference and the variety I can store in the Jukebox is what makes me happy.

That's not to say that I can not distinguish the quality of the Lexicon vs the audio in the average car.
