  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

How much did you pay for it?
Man, those solid states are freakin' expensive!
I was thinking of getting one in a year or two once the price goes down.

How is the scrolling? Can you make playlists? I find that anything other than playlists on my ipod makes for a tough time. Scrolling through 5000 songs... sucks!

Whats the procedure for replacing the drive?

Not sure what you're referring to as "procedure for replacing the drive", but bradyb is talking about an external solid state hard disk drive that can be connected via USB cable.

My misunderstanding. I thought he was referring to replacing a hard drive in the car.

A brand new 160 GB iPod Classic costs less than $225.00. My older 80 GB iPod works great with my 2009 Genesis.
