Hello all! Just bought a 2021 G80 prestige / technology package.

I am trying to set up the Genesis app, digital key, etc. I continue to encounter server errors, loading failures and other issues. Can anyone steer me in the right direction on this? Do these services typically work, or is this a common issue?
 
You have to prove to Genesis that you now own the car. You have to send scans of the needed documentation for that to them. I don't remember where, but look around on the owner's site.

Yes, I just went through this. It wasn't very intuitive on the website, so I ended up calling or emailing Genesis tech support and they walked me through the process.
