Just got a box of gifts from Hyundai CEO!

To establish some goodwill from my selling dealer, I send the CEO of the company a letter, complimenting them if they did well. This time around I wrote a little more, how pleased I was coming from Lexus to Hyundai. Today a large box waiting from me at the post office, included a license frame "Genesis", nice pen, leather pad, travel bag, thermos, and umbrella all with the Hyundai name. At least $70 worth of promos, and a letter thanking me for my letter.

when i had my nissan 350z. Nissan did the same thing for me. it is always nice to get free things in the mail.

with every new bmw purchased/leased ... about 6 months to 2 years later they send some gifts in the mail... i received three items about a year apart.

1 was a hand drawn sketch of my car e90 335i sport grey.
2nd was a 6" box with dvd audio books, pen and some other stuff (actually never used it)
3rd was an invite to exclusive bmw golf tournament area. It was one of the big golf things... sorry Im not a golf fan unless its minature.
4th not included was the smile after getting Dinan S2 installed
