Might be an area with heavy foot traffic. In that case a more resilient grass type would be beneficial.

It's amazing the information you can gather from a photo lol.

Good stuff - but give the guy a break - lol. One note is there is a lot of similarity with Kia Stinger, so you will see a lot of reference to those forums and what they are doing with mods - etc

1. Get used to "What is that?" "Is that a Baby Bentley?!"

2. The car is great; the dealer experience (depending on your locale) might not be. Hyundai Corporate is working on that.

3. What out for those 40 and 35 series tires. Some obstacles you used to just roll over on your truck tires might give those 19's a ringing headache. Posts of pinch-flat tires and bent/cracked rims are not uncommon on G70/Stinger Facebook groups. Even 18's on 225/45R18 can occasionally get in trouble. A friend of mine's Stinger GT-Line busted 2 tires over a big pothole in DFW just last weekend.

4. Many of the stock Brembo brakepads tend to leave friction material transferred onto the rotors, causing pulsation that most drivers mistaken as warped rotors.

That's not errthing, but relax... you gone be aw'ight.

You missed the fact that it seems he has 6 neighbors, there are also 7 trees.

Hi everyone!! FIRST post here as I just picked up my G70 two days ago. I've found this site super informative in my shopping.

How I found Genesis...
I own a 2017 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack (6.4L). Black on black monster. Dodge has announced they are discontinuing the gas version of this car next year and is going all electric. I live in New England and this is not a winter car. I've been getting by on older used SUV's for the past few winters, but decided to get something newer this year.
Well... after shopping for used Beemers (3 or 5 series), Audi's (A5 or 6) and everything else "sporty," I remembered that there was a Genesis dealer 5 minutes from my house.

I stopped in and found a "used" 2022 G70 Sport Prestige with 6400 miles on it. After 3 days of negotiation (I do not exaggerate), I am now the HAPPY and proud owner of this lovely machine.
Basically, BRAND NEW.. for $44K Sticker was $53k and change

My Challenger is going into storage for warm summer Sunday drives. She will surely be a collector someday and I'll pass it down to my (now 16 year old) son eventually.

Anyhow, I thought I'd post and join the party!
