Just trying to get a better understanding

So you know i drive a 2012 Hyundai genesis 3.8
I just got the oil changed, I'm at about 131000 miles. The car does this thing where if I'm trying to accelerate it hesitate and jerk like a hiccup. Sometimes it's a bad jerk where i can feel it n see it. Sometimes it's a calm jerk. But when it's about to jerk i can feel it n I'll take my foot off the accelerator or ease off of it. My gf said it might need a tune up n i don't doubt it because i bought it used. I changed the lower control arms front new rotors front new brakes front n the steering wheel still shakes. I think I'm at a loss.

Rough shifting transmissions are usually caused by one or more worn out solenoids, which is one of the most common issues on >100kmi cars. A competent transmission shop can fix it. Many threads on this.

Also, you probably need to clean the Mass Airflow sensor. CRC makes a spray just for this purpose. I won’t use anything else.
