  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Picking up 2015 tomorrow. Can't seem to find site info. I will have two fobs, one will be for the wife, call it (A), one for me (B) Does each fob retain each users setting?

No, you will have to push the button to change it from last use. Fobs are the same.

The Driver Position Memory System
is provided to store and recall the following
memory settings with a simple
button operation.
- Driver's seat position
- Side view mirror position
- Steering wheel position
- Instrument panel illumination intensity
- Head Up Display (HUD) position
and brightness

I almost got it. When you say push the "button" which button on what? So if I'm understanding you, after the wife uses the car and I come out later with the FOB I'll be using and push the "button" my memory settings will override the wife's?

Should have been more specific. The button on the door. The seat will retract and upon starting, will go to the last position, be it memory or not. If you have the car serviced by a 4'5" mechanic and he moves the seat, it will go to his position when you start. Push the button (1 or 2) and it goes to your position. I'm the only driver of my car so I rarely have to use it as I rarely change the seat position.

Go to www.myhyundai.com and register (if you have the VIN), and then download the user manual and quick start guide. That should answer most of your questions, and they have pictures.

thanks Ed & Mike, I have registered just don't want to enter the VIN until I purchase the car tomorrow. I have found the quick start guide which I downloaded from this site guess I missed something somewhere. thanks again, becoming more clear now.
