Hi All,
I have a 2010 Genesis Coupe 2.0. I have 3 factory keys and 2 of them do not work to start the car and never have. The engine turns over like normal but it does not start. The 3rd key is the only key that works to start the car but when the car is hot (mostly in summer) this key behaves the same way and does not start the car. Usually after a bit of time and fiddling it starts again but it can take some time. Does anyone have any insight as to what the cause of this could be? I imagine you are probably thinking why wait this long to troubleshoot. Well it was my wife's car (original owner) and she passed away last year so I have been driving it now (she seemed to have the magic touch for starting it...most of the time) and I don't have the confidence that it will always start for me.
