  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Had an issue with my rear driver side door lock not opening on command. I had to reach in and flip the switch manually. I called the dealership to set up and appointment and the GM offered me a loaner.

Upon showing up, the service guy knew my name when I walked in the door and handed me the keys to a new Santa Fe for me to drive while they were working on my car.

One day later, I went to pick up my finished car and noticed it sitting in the bay getting washed. While I was waiting for the car to be brought out, I walked in the showroom to check out the new V8s and was approached by my original salesman, and the GM, who greeted me by my name.

I am thoroughly impressed by this dealership and highly recommend them for sales and service.

Oh, yeah - they loved my Genesis wing on the trunk... I thought they'd be upset about losing their logo, but the GM asked where I got it and said he needed to bring some into his parts dept.

Researched over 20 dealers throughout the entire state when I was trying to find my 4.6 V8 Black on Black Genesis wirh the tech package. Keyes had the car (no one else did). Worked with a salesman named Danny Medina and he made the deal happen. Paid less than MSRP for a car that is likely to get a dealer mark-up in most places. If your serious about a Genesis contact Danny.
