  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

The V6 will also cost circa $50 thou and the V8 $60 thou.

Looks too similar to a Genesis to me (in terms of trying to justify spending THAT much more for a car).

P.S. Those wheels are hideous.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
But will it pair a Samsung Galaxy S4 w/o issues... ?

And a Kia will take a bigger "Dunk" in value than even a 6month old Genesis..

I like the car, but the name is a real stinker. They need to hire a better U.S. marketing firm. It sounds like a pack of dogs.

Sound nice but the one thing I don't understand why people like is the wood part of steering wheel. I have driven a friend's Avalon with wood and in the Summer it so hot you can't even touch the steering wheel......no fun !!

It's a nice looking car. The 360 feature and HUD display sounds neat. Would be interesting to see how 2015 Genny would fare technology wise.

I like it 'cept the grill just stinks. Like the idea of the HUD, heated steering wheel for those who need it (I don't) and a few other niceties that our Gennys don't have.
Does this compete with the Equus or the Genny?

Check the wheel base and length...appears to be an Equus

I'm mistaken.....please ignore last post.

I like it a lot but that grill looks like a guppie trying to eat.

Really?

Looks little like the new or old Genesis.

The quality of interior materials is better than the Genesis (even the new one) and maybe even better than the Equus.

Overall, I like the shape of the greenhouse better than that for the new Genesis, but the shape of the headlights are too busy.

And just like the new Genesis and Equus, the design of the dash already looks a bit dated.

While I think it could have been better, the new grill treatment is an improvement over the KDM grill (which got too many people thinking BMW simply b/c of the vertical grill slats).

But while the K900 is probably a more spritely drive than the Equus (in part due to its smaller dimensions), it's really not a sports sedan and if Hyundai did the new Genesis right (benchmarking the 5 Series doesn't exactly give me confidence), the Genesis should be the better driver's car (tho I don't expect it to be like the Cadillac CTS which has taken the mantle of the best handling midsize, luxury sedan).

For a real sports sedan, probably will have to wait for the RK from Hyundai and the GT from Kia.
