Lease offer from OH dealer, good deal?

I went to see a local dealer today and this is what they offered me.
3.8L Tech Pkg

2700 +tax due at signing
599 + tax for 27 months
12k Miles

It didn't looks like a very attractive deal to me in this kind of market.. I can easily get a BMW 535i for $589/mth with 3700 down. Well, regardless the brand preference and what you get in value and please only look at the numbers...

Any lead to a better lease deal here?

The numbers look like this: $0 down, 27 months, 1st payment + tax + bank fee = $2658 out of pocket, and you monthly installment would be $549. That's on the Genesis V6 with Tech Package.

This was 12,000 miles/year. This was without any negotiation, just an internet quote. $599 sounds a bit too high, IMHO, but I'm no expert.

In my opinion, you should be between $36,500-$37,500 for the sales price for the V6 with tech. This should put your payment between $520-$550 with money down to cover TTL.

I ended up with a 27 month lease on a V6 with tech package for a monthly payment of $489.

$2500 down payment plus 1st payment and TTL with a discounted price of about $37,500.
