  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I am in the Mississauga/Toronto area and looking to lease a 3.8 w/Tech for 36 months. Has anyone leased here in Canada, and can you please post what monthly $ rate you got? Thanks.

I am currently in the market for a car and was at a local dealer on the weekend. The current lease rate is 3.9%.

Build your car and see the rates on hyundaicanada.com. In was able to negotiate $2K off the price shown for a 3.8 base model. For Tech, you should be able to get more. If you join APA for $65, you get a free Dealer Invoice pricing report and they'll give you a no-haggle price from their recommended dealer in Toronto.

The current lease rate for a 36 month term is 2.9%. It is the same since Sep 2008.

Thanks to those who replied.
I have jumped in with a 3.8 Tech Black on Black.
Traded in my 2003 Honda Civic and paid Freight/PDI to get a 3 year Lease rate of C$599 per month (inclusive of all taxes).
The dealer would put the genesis emblem on the back...which was nice this being a lease.
Still 2 weeks to go for delivery...this wait is getting excruciating...

anyone else in Mississauga?...never seen one on the road.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
Congratulations on the new car and welcome to Genesis ownership :welcome:
I leased my 3.8V6 last October and now have 19k KM on it. I still have yet to see another Genesis on the road. BTW get used to answering lots of questions about the car, it draws a lot of attention.:D

While the lease rates haven't changed the residuals have. ( Dropping )
Which increases your monthly payment slightly. The residual is posted to the dealers on the first of each month.
Some dealers will NOT commit to a confirmed monthly rate if the delivery date goes past the beginning of the month. Just F.Y.I.
