  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

hate to sound like a douche but.... that's like asking which color you should buy, only you know your "purchasing" situation. there are calculators on line that will recommend what to do after you enter certain parameters.

If you keep your car less than 3 years lease...

If you keep your cars more than 6 years ---- Buy.

These are pretty much wild ass guesses........but you get the drift.

Unless you drive nore than 15,000 miles per year.

If you drive a over 15,000 miles a year and keep a car over 5 years then pay cash for the car. You will come out way ahead. Just put in savings each month a car payment then pay cash in about 48 months and never finace.

It may be a simplified viewpoint: Lease = long term rental?

thanks guys for the help. i think i will end up leasing depending on the rates.
