This is the second time I received this letter, (The Nita Lemon Law Firm). For years 2011 - 2015 Hyundai Genesis vehicles.

Dealing with issues with the 1) Transmission having harsh and/or delayed shift; 2) Malfunction Indicator Lamps, No engine crank and/or diagnostic trouble codes; 3) a rough engine idle; etc. There are 10 items listed. They would evaluate your repeated warranty complaints at no charge under the Lemon Law and let you know options.

I got one. But I traded in my '12 on a '15 when the motor started eating itself. Was covered under warranty though so no loss to me or the dealer.
 
Tell me more about this letter. Are Genesis more prone to failure than other vehicles?
 
No, in answer to your question about Genesis. Re Letter: A similar letter goes out to thousands of owner's of various brands. It is lawyers trying to make money.
