  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hey fellow G70 owners. I have the 2022 3.3t Sport Prestige, and I'm looking for detailed information about the speakers for the lexicon 15 speaker sound system.

I'm taking wiring diagrams, speaker limitations, ts specs etc...

Wanting to plan for aftermarket (always better than what ever any brand puts in their vehicles.).

Dealership I bought doesn't know of any document that helps. The manual only has a paragraph about it.

I will be adding subs first (2 12's) but eventually tackling the mids and highs and that "under the seat sub" which is more of a rumble box than a true subwoofer.

No idea, but do you know how it compares to the system in the G80? My 2022 3.3T SP arrives next week, but never had a chance to test-drive one because nobody has one. Since our car is basically the old car with some upgrades, I'm afraid the sound system is the same than several years ago, so probably well behind newer ones, but hope not to be disappointed. I'm not expecting it to sound like my Tesla, but as long as it's above average I'd be happy. I don't plan to touch anything though, other than removing all trunk letters, and installing a wing from the 2021 car. And adding ceramic tint. Oh, and maybe mud guards, if they're small and well integrated, like most Hyundai ones.

Not much in the way of specs out there that I've encountered. In case you haven't seen this check out this page: Genesis

It shows rough locations of each driver and their diameters.

I haven't test drove or even looked at anything but G70 as the others aren't in my range (I always seek the highest trim). It's pretty decent as it is. Does distort at high levels, but again, i came from a system that was total 3500 watts. With 2,000watts going straight to two subs. Definitely heard me for 5 blocks.

Now, for the average Joe, this is definitely premium.

This helps a bit actually! Any info is good info at this point. 👍

I wired subs to mine 2 weeks ago by running a line converter to the existing sub wiring coming off the Amp in the trunk. Driving to work, I'll post the wiring layout when I get there

What are your subs metering at? My subs will meter roughly 135-140dbs at around 35hz.

You notice any significant weak spots that vibrationa will cause issues?

Please post that diagram if you get this.
