I was a hundred miles away from home when I inadvertently locked the keys in the car in GV80. Let me tell you how this happened. I got out of car and pressed door lock on handle and walked away. I proceeded into the store and received message on remote app that the car was unlocked. I thought to myself I had locked this when I got out, but doubted myself and sent a lock message. Once leaving store and going to car and it wouldn't unlock, I realized that keys were locked inside now. Proceeded to use remote app to unlock car. Kept stating my pin was incorrect so I changed it and it still would say was wrong pin. So called Roadside Service and was advised there was no BLUELINK support on Sunday. He would send someone to unlock vehicle that I would have to sign waiver that they were not responsible if they damaged the vehicle. So needless to say took a Uber for 100 miles and come back to car with spare key. Now I have found that the app will LOCK the car but will not successfully UNLOCK. Isn't that GREAT! My old Cadillac wouldn't ever lock the keys in car. Looks like Genesis has a long ways to even match a 2022 non luxury vehilcle will not allow you to lock keys in vehicle. Quit promoting your app if you can't provide support for 24/7. This is posted under the wrong forum should be GV80
