Long time to get account aproval at CCC

Hi, I registered at Customer Care Center (CCC) about a week ago. When I try to log in I get this message.
'Your account is in waiting for approval, Please Log in Later'
How long does this normally take to get approval?

I don't think that site is for end customers. Where did you find the link?

I think this is the site you need to sign up for. This gives you access to Service, Manuals, Bluelink and many other neat features.

I believe the OP lives in the U.K. USA site won't help.

Thanks all. I used to go to the Hyundai service site for general interest regarding my Sonata. I have not been to the site for a few years and now it is fee paying. But on that site they recommend a free service for customers, so went there, being the Customer Care Center, so it suggests it is for customers (to me, anyway). Still can't get in.
