  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I am in the market for a Genesis Sedan V6 w/ Premium Plus package. I have gone to several dealerships in the area and based upon what some members have paid, they are nowhere near what I have been quoted. The best offer for a lease I have been quoted is $550 w/ tax 3yr/ 36k with $2 G's OOP for a car whose negotiated price has been down to $32500. Other quotes i have received are well over. Has anyone had any luck with leasing in the S. Florida area and if so what was your deal? I am debating on waiting for 2010 as they will run better programs. The mentality down here is that these cars are tough to come by and they are not discounting. What do you think? Do you think they will run programs for the new model year?

Best,

I have said this on here before, but I went to the Miami & WPB Auto shows in Fall 2008to see/drive the Genny (I wanted 4.6 w/ tech in one of three color combos). I went to Coconut Creek, Ed King, and Napleton with either no cars that I wanted, or a premium ranging from $1495 over sticker to $4995 over sticker (Napleton in WPB). I also called Warren Henry and Rick Case over the phone to check inventory. Nada.

At XMas, we drove to Jax for family, and on the way back, stopped in Cocoa Beach for lunch. We got off the exit saw Cocoa Beach Hyundai, and 3 hours later I walked out w/ a 4.6 w/ Tech in Titanium & Black interior.

They were less expensive, and very nice to deal with. The car has been FANTASTIC btw

FWIW
