Looks like Diode Dynamics has burned out

I ordered some bulbs from Diode Dynamics,two of them were defective. i called to have them repaced and got no responce by e-mail or phone. i tryed to make a new order,no luck. Can someone give me link to another company to get bulbs. Thank You.

can someone please help me get my money back from diode dynamics i have order hid kits for 89.00 and they took my money and did not send me my product now they won't give it back. it's been 2 weeks and my order just simple says fulfilling what the devil is that about. its a box of lights just put in mail and send ?????

Have you contacted pay pal, or you credit card company or the BBB??

They post on here often...guy is out of Missouri. I seem to replace more than standard bulbs- and they are supposed to last 10X longer!

^^ Seriously....that dude bumps his own thread about every 2 days it seems but from what I've seen doesn't really care about how his website is set up. If I were guessing I'd say it was a guy in his garage and he can't answer the phone/email because he's at his day job.

I'd PM him and see what you get.

no i did not ask if they were back ordered, that should be the sellers responsibility to inform me if the product is available or not. He did on the other hand say there was a problem with the shipping. Well that was fine and ok but i asked for an update on the day they were possible coming in by his account and I waiting a week and did not get an update.
