I'm coming from a Hyundai Sonata Limited...same family essentially but when I bought the Sonata I knew then my next would be the Genesis. Coming from a sales background, I believe in amazing customer service, quality products and exceptional attention to detail! I feel Genesis checks all those boxes

I have two 2021 G80 V6 Prestige.

Service is Hyundai quality, NOT Genesis quality. You wait just like Hyundai owners when in for service, UNLESS at a Stand Aline Genesis dealer. (Few and far between).
I have two Stand Alone dealers being built nearby. Once they open, I’ll give them a try.

Both my G80’s, no problems. (So far) except neither one gets OTA Updates unless I first get a USB Update). I can live without the
OTA or USB Update because everything works and I’m not going to look for problems.

I believe in amazing customer service, quality products and exceptional attention to detail!

For the most part, Genesis produces outstanding vehicles.

As for customer service, too many GMA authorized retailers are not meeting expectations but if your Hyundai dealer is deliver amazing customer service count your blessings and take the leap.
