  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I had the steering wheel tilt/telescope issue and the replacement limit switch came in much sooner than promised by my dealer and it is now fixed (about a 1 hour process). Also, I am scheduled for a free GPS update next week.

I have been driving other autos in the same price range for many years and have to say that Hyundai is very responsive to service issues (almost all new cars have a few) and am at this point VERY satisfied with my purchase.

You're lucky. I'm now on day 34, still waiting for my tilt/telescope switch that is supposed to arrive "any day now". I'm hoping I can shame them into giving me a free map update, even though my Genny is outside the window of eligible vehicle purchase dates.:mad:

My limit switch was ordered on 8/3 and I got a phone call yesterday the part was in. It goes in next week to get it replaced. Ironically, my steering wheel has been acting better, only once did it drop into my lap when I hit the memory preset button.

what model year is your car? I have 2010, and even though the dealer, and Hyundai are aware of all the errors and bugs in the GPS software, neither will do anything to correct it.
