Plus a great view of the New York Auto Show 2016 intro of the vision of G70. The ideal and actual were quite close.

I saw that headline as well. Too bad, he led some really nice designs.

Good, IMO the new exterior designs like the new G80, FL G90 and GV80 are way overdone.
Designs under Peter Schreyer were better.

I like the profile of Donckerwolke's design, but the shield design on the new sedans are too big. Looks fine on the GV80 though, doesn't carry over as well with a smaller car IMO.

I also like Schreyer's designs, but that may be because he did the G70 and I own one.

I actually like the new dual slit design... Either way, it's a loss to the design team and I hope it doesn't impact the great direction they've been going!
