Manual for 2012 Navigation System?

Hi,

First time poster so sorry if I'm not posting in correct location/format.

I just purchased a 2012 Genesis Sedan (3.8) and upon reading the owner's manual it directed me to a separate manual for the Nav system. Unfortunately, I did not realize there was a separate Nav manual when I bought the car. I went to Hyundai and they said they don't have the manual and can't even get one (really??).

So, does anyone know where I can find this or have a copy of this manual that they would be willing to scan for me? Thank-you.

You can order one from dealer or you may find it for download online. I have it for 2011on pdf. on my computer and phone.

When I bought my '12 there was no owners manual of any kind in it. Dealer thought he could get it from former owner but they couldn't find it. Ended up buy a complete set on ebay for $40. I can understand why they removed it, takes up half the glove box.

1. Not sure I know what you mean by "I went to Hyundai"? Was that a Hyundai dealer, or Hyundai Motor America? Dealers are independent businesses not owned by Hyundai (or its USA affiliate Hyundai Motor America).

There are different manuals for different models of Genesis.
Everyone gets the main "Owners Manual". If you have the V8, or the V6 with the "Tech" package, you get the "Digital AVN System Users" manual, which covers navigation, radio, and bluetooth.
I'm sure you get a different navigation manual if you have the "Premium" touch screen navigation.

I have a copy in PDF file it is 24MB. Don't know how to transfert a big file like that?

Close to the end you will find all manual for 2012. Please be aware that the dis manual has not change since 2009/2010. So it is good for 2012. Hope this help.
