What a shame. I have a long family history with GM, dating back to the inception of Oldsmobile. It's a shame that between terrible management on the part of Wagoner and Co. (thank god he's gone) and the greed of the overpaid union labor, the company has been driven into the ground.
I was born and raised in Michigan.... the american auto industry is part of my blood. I still believe if they are to survive long-term they need to rid themselves of the leeches they affectionately refer to as the UAW. Then, they can refocus their attention to the quality of their vehicles.
There's my rant of the day.
