Media info in gauge cluster screen

Speed limit shows on my nav display. An earlier post here mentioned the gauge display for that information which was odd and I had to read it twice to be sure what he meant. It does not show on my GAUGE display (behind steering wheel) but on nav screen. Media change info shows on GAUGE display for two seconds, maybe, upon new song starting from my usb stick.

so even though you have it toggled on, it does not show the speed limit in the gauge display behind the steering wheel? Mine looks exactly like the OPs picture. speed limit always in the corner, as long as its available
