Media volume

I recently update my navigation system on my gv80 and when i try to turn the volume up it doesn’t go more than 45 and the sound is very low i barely can hear anything before i updated the car the sound was very high and great is there anyway i can fix this without having to connect the car to the mobile app because i don’t live in the usa and recently imported a used gv80 so i have to go throw a lot of stuff to have it connected and changing the ownership of the car in the app

Have you double checked that the volume on your device is all the way up?

Someone else somewhere had this issue. They re-installed the update with a usb drive and it solved the issue. Worth a shot.
