  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Bottom Line here, whole review at the link:

The Hyundai Equus looks and performs decently enough, and offers an industry-leading cornucopia of standard features at a much lower (if still far from low) price. So, even though it doesn’t break any new ground, Hyundai’s finest would be worth serious consideration by anyone for whom $20,000 isn’t pocket change.

(And he REALLY hates the seats!)

The seats are a low point of the Gen as well.

38.5 inches of rear seat legroom is unacceptable for a car of this class. The 1990-1993 Imperial with it's puny 109" inch wheelbase had 43.9" inches of rear seat legroom.

I disagree. For me the seats are extremely comfortable. I've driven my Genesis for over 18 hours at a stretch and felt as good when I got out as when I started. The seats are one of the high points of my Genesis.

If the Equus doesn't sell here in the U.S. forget about seeing a long wheelbase varient and second if they do bring this version, they better do a better job integrating the extra length added in the B piller as the current version pictured reminds me of a double-cut 1986 Lincoln Town car limo.
