Mobil 1 2017 Spring $12 Rebate Program ends May 31st

Mobil 1 is currently offering a $12 rebate with purchase of five quarts of Mobil 1 synthetic motor oil. A maximum of two rebates per household if you want to purchase 10 quarts and get $24 back. Rebates on other products are also available.

I purchased my Mobil 1 at Walmart for about $26 for a 5-quart jug, so that is $14 net after rebate. I just received my check for a rebate submitted about one month ago. There was some concern whether Walmart is a participating vendor since they are not in the list of vendors, but this confirms what others have said that rebates do apply to Mobil 1 purchased at Walmart. However, the rebate offer specifically excludes online purchases made at Amazon.com. Rebate not valid on oil change services.

The current program (apparently offered each spring) is for oil purchased no later than May 31, 2017. Rebates must by submitted by June 30. The rebate can be submitted online if you can scan your receipt and upload it (which is what I did).

I think they usually have a rebate program in the fall also, but not sure.

Thanks for this. I use Mobil 1 EP in all my cars and buy the 5 quart jugs from Walmart as well.

I can also confirm a rebate after purchasing from Walmart. Then later, I received a personalized license plate frame on another promotion. And I will be buying more Mobil 1 before the 1st of June.
