what engine and trim do you have? really depends on that.
 
With these cars being non-turbo'd, performance mods are pretty limited.

Maybe try a sprint booster to get a little more throttle response.

If you have the 2015+ 5.0 V8; then you only have a few options to squeeze out a bit more performance from the engine.

Sprint Booster, BTR tune, K&N twin air filters, throttle body coolant bypass, performance exhaust, Ruthenium spark plugs, and better tires. Not much more than that, however those mods would allow your 5.0 to run a 0-60mph in about 4.5 seconds which is fast enough for this type of car anyway.
