  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hi all! Dealing with yet another issue with my 2015 5.0 Ultimate. Sunroof is slow to operate, and does not close all the way on the left (driver) side. I did clean what I could of the slides, and cleaned out a lot of dried up white lithium grease. Lubed with dry graphite-lock lubricant. Made no difference. Biggest issue is it not closing on one side. When I close it, it will close completely, but then the left rear edge will pop back up. Does not leak water, but makes for plenty of wind noise. Anyone have any ideas?

Also having issues with one of the HVAC air door actuators starting to not open (right side of steering column). Playing with the air direction control will get it to start working. This issue is new.

Have already experienced the issues with the rubber seal beneath the CHMSL, driver's seat seatback (twice), left rear door handle coming off (had the exact same issue with my 2012 Equus). power decklid not working (fixed at dealership, but now only works occasionally). and the disintegrated outside decklid rubber switch cover.

It's really a shame that what seems to be such an incredible car that they chose to use some of the cheapest, poorest quality plastics available. Love the car otherwise. Properly maintained, unmodified, unabused 67K mile car. I've had a couple of Volkswagens that had less issues-and they are known for always having problems!

Thanks for any direction or advise!
