my 2015 Genesis 3.8 has a loud pop under the passengers seat when starting the engine - what is it?

My 2015 Genesis 3.8 has a loud pop under the passenger seat when I start the engine, doesn't happen everytime., but once every several days.?
 
Is that where the sub is? Maybe some issue with the sub amp? Are your battery cables clean and well connected, same for grounds?

No problem with battery its new. This thing has been going on since new
