I had to have our 2022 GV70 Sport Prestige 3.3TT towed into the dealership after the engine sputtered and shook us to limp mode. My wife got a mobile alert from the My Genesis- Vehicle Health service, about an hour after we had the issue. She opened the page and it said we had 3 issues; however, when she tried to open the issues, all we got was a spinning busy icon until the site timed out.
We went home and had the same experience. Today, a day later, same result.
Is anyone else having this less than stellar experience?
