  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I really could use your help ASAP. My buddy is coming back tomorrow to try to help find the problem and finish swapping the bulbs. We did the door puddle lights, vanity mirror lights, and when we swapped the first foot well light and all the interior lights went out. We checked all the interior fuses and it looks good so what else can we check? I Google this issue and read a lot of threads from different sites. It seems to happen to a lot of Hyundai, Kia, Genesis models. We were changing the bulb at night and the difference looked so good and even more luxurious. Thanks in advance. I have someone helping because I'm a paraplegic just to remind u. I appreciate all of your wise insight.

Can't help with this, but curious how you made out with the other problems you had. I never saw a resolution of the cruise control.

Got an attorney. He said I have a good case. I called the attorney General too. I'll keep you posted.

The obvious is check the socket for voltage and work backwards through the fuse box, relays etc.

Ok. Anyone else? Being in a wheelchair, i have to find help to do this. I'm just trying to figure out the quickest way possible so I'm not wasting people's time.

Thanks,
Des

Not trying to be snarkey here but outside of waving a magic wand I mentioned the quickest way possible. Did you check everything with a meter or did you just look at it. There are fuse panels located on both sides of the dash and 2 places in the engine compartment. The fuse locations for the interior lighting as far as I can tell are located in the drivers side interior panel and the engine compartment. All of this information I got out of my owners manual for 2013, I imagine yours is similar.

I explained we found no fuses blown but People on another board said to check the Memory fuse. Everyone that had said after changing the 10a fuse in the combo memory socket, the lights came back on. Im shocked I'm the 1st owner this has happened to on here with a car model almost 8yo the oldest model. Ill keep researching google etc and keep you all updated.

Found the issue. Was the interior fuse under the hood on the passenger side.
