  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

The MyGenesis app quit working on my iPad Air 3 a couple of days ago, but it is still working as normal on my iPhone 12 and my ancient Dell PC. I have deleted and reloaded the app on the iPad a couple of times and shutdown/restarted the iPad as well. The app version on both of my Apple devices is 3.0.0 and it has been a couple of weeks since the last iOS update. Is anybody else having this issue or have any ideas on how to fix it?

Enjoy,

I know with android, sometimes I will get an update on my phone and will not get the update on my tablet for a few days. Maybe they have not upt the update of the iPad yet? Just a thought.

Thanks for the response! It started working after a few days which was a little odd as there wasn't an Apple Ios update involved that I recall. Just one of those digital mysteries...

Enjoy,
