Mystery Undercarriage Antenna Solved!

Hey ya'll,

Thanks for all your responses regarding the RHF Antenna that I discovered under my Genny...turns out my car was installed with teletrac at the dealership, and this is just the tracking antenna that the police use to locate the vehicle (kind of like Lo-Jack im told).
Called the dealership this morning and they revealed this info to me, which they claim was told to me when I purchased the car (which it was not) and apparently they didn't put any info on it on the invoice either!

Anyway thanks again, I appreciate all the input!

I assume you leased or financed it through the dealership? I guess they have a vested interest in knowing where the car is until paid-off or returned from lease.
