Is there a way to disable the need to press the controller to "accept" the nanny warning on the Nav screen? It should just automaticalldisappear

You take that long to do it? I'm done faster than you can say "bump"...certainly much shorter than half of a "one Mississippi"

To me this is a non-issue, however, why Hyundai did not provide a way to disable this is a mystery. Why MB chooses to put their cruise control stalk where every other manufacturer puts the turn signals is also a mystery to me. When I become world dictator, there are going to be a few changes...oh yes...quite a few changes......lol

What bother's me more is that my wife can't watch her DVD's while I'm driving, thus she has to bring a portable DVD player or she's stuck with me entertaining her.

I certainly understand the safety issues, but there is ample technogy with screen viewing angle that can address this concern.

Even worse is that you can't watch a DVD while parked unless the engine is running, otherwise you get the continual warning about running your battery out. But then who goes out to their parked car to watch a movie?

Bottom line, we never use the DVD. Talk about a waste of technology!

Unless of course it's a concert DVD recorded in 5.1 surround...
Don't need to see it to take advantage of the technology!

I'm enjoying playing all my favorite music DVDs in the car. Best thing since sliced bread. They have been given a new life. Can't see the tattoo on Cher's butt, though.
