  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Fred U. in service is still the best.
I just purchased a 2016 CPO Equus Ultimate. The guys in sales (Eddie & Arman) promised me 4 new tires, oil change, filters, etc. Nothing was done, except a wash and armor all.
Almost a week now with worn tires, old oil and so on, calling everyday no call back. UNDER new Management? I will never purchase from these guys again. Very, very unprofessional, I am done.

What do you have in writing? If, in fact, it is under new management the new owners may not have any obligation, but still sounds sleazy.

I have the Hyundai CPO requirements, and a copy of the issues I listed that was presented to them, they said ALL issues were taken care of, but after driving for a day, I reinspected/ rechecked, they were never corrected. This is a dealership that I have dealt with for at least 10 years, not good at all.

Not surprising with Napleton. They don't have a good reputation up here in Indy either. We always say our best form of advertising is that we're 20 minutes from Napleton. Them treating customers so poorly really drives them our way.

A salesman will promise you anything but they are empy promises uless they are agreed upon and signed by management. Get the “extras” written into the buyers agreement and approved by management. Better yet don’t accept the deal until the work has been done to your satisfaction.
